2020 Sparkling Riesling

Our second Sparkling Riesling release is even livelier and more delicious than the first! Aromas of key lime and green apple awaken your senses, which are then dazzled with nuances of apple danish, a subtle hint of toast and an invigorating spritz. The delicate, fine mousse and vibrant, fresh palate showcases all of the classic dry Riesling characteristics and the racy acidity is balanced with a low dosage of our sugar liqueur.
Who needs food pairings with bubbles? If we must, oysters are a very obvious choice… but so is life! There is no need to wait for a special occasion, when every day should be a celebration. Go on, just pop a bottle (saber it if you dare) and raise a glass to LIFE!
